Sales are done only to registered furniture dealers with sales tax ID number approved by Artisan Home Furniture by International Furniture Direct, LLC.

Policies and conditions of sales will apply to all Artisan Home Furniture / International Furniture Direct LLC dealers. The purpose of these policies is to provide our dealers an equitable and fair treatment for the guidelines used to help resolve any questions regarding shipping, ordering and service.

Warranty
International Furniture Direct, LLC warrants that all of its products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase by our customers. This warranty extends to damages resulting from the handling of our products while still in our possession, but it does not extend to damages resulting from the handling or abuse of freight companies delivering our products to our customers, nor to damages or abuse occurring while in the hands of our customers. All reports of defects of damages must be issued with a photo and an invoice number to International Furniture Direct, LLC by submitting it to your sales representative or directly to our customer service operation in either Phoenix, AZ or Houston, TX.

Quick Ship Warehouse and Less than Truckload programs
No order minimums!
Orders are shipped on freight collect basis FOB from our Phoenix, AZ (602-442-7177) or Houston, TX (713-339-3599) warehouse. Freight cost is based upon the size of the order.

Direct Truckload Pricing
Direct Truckload Pricing is FOB Laredo, Texas. Must be full truckload quantities to qualify for direct pricing.

Payment Terms
Net terms are available, pending credit approval. All IFD credit applications and Tax forms must be completed in full and faxed to our credit department @ 513-774-7556. Please write all checks to International Furniture Direct (not Artisan Home Furniture)

Loss or Damage of Merchandise
The loss or damage of merchandise in transit is the responsibility of the delivery carrier. Claims for these damages or shortages must be filed within15 days of receipt of merchandise directly with the carrier.

Replacement Parts
Parts are sent at no charge to our customers for repair of merchandise to correct any legitimate factory claim. To request parts, please fax to (602) 442-7168.

Returned Merchandise
International Furniture Direct does not accept returned merchandise and will not be responsible for freight costs caused by returned merchandise.
